We start with a comprehensive 90-minute intake session. This way, we discover what your body needs and where its priorities lie.
02 Personal
custom plan
You will receive a training and lifestyle plan tailored to your goals, level and energy.
03 Weekly sessions
Two personal sessions per week at Studio Kratos in Amsterdam-West, including targeted coaching on movement and recovery.
04 Interim check-ins
We monitor your progress and adjust the plan where necessary.
05 Final discussion & follow-up plan
At the end of the process, we will discuss your growth and you will be given tools to continue independently.
